Richard once turned down a copywriting job from CPB’s Chuck Porter to pursue a career in strategy. He started his career at Anderson & Lembke, the world’s largest B2B agency at the time and went on to become one of the early pioneers of digital marketing. He has spent over 20 years devising strategies across numerous business sectors. His proven track record of helping both blue chip and start-up companies has made him an agile creative thinker. He’s our super planner across all accounts.
Head of Client Services
Cos started out in PR for the music industry, something that comes across in his client centric attitude and his ability to tell a good story. He went on to apply his skills in a business development capacity for several pioneering digital and mobile agencies where he won and led production for large advertising accounts, including the likes of AMV BBDO and BBH. He brings his meticulous attention to detail to every client at True, with a keen eye on strategy, creative and performance.
Business Development Director
Amon has been building business across sectors for over 18 years including luxury goods, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He has run two of his own agencies and has cultivated new business at larger organisations like Saatchi & Saatchi Pro. As our Business Development Director he is well versed in complex, heavily regulated markets and brings a depth of product knowledge and commercial acumen to every B2B sector.
